Miloš Gvero, Head of the Cabinet of the Mayor of the Municipality

Biography

Miloš Gvero was born in 1990, and he is a Master of Ecology. He finished Gymnasium in Banja Luka, and graduated in Ecology and Environmental Protection from the Faculty of Sciences in 2014. In 2016 he acquired a master’s degree in Ecology. In the period of 2015 – 2020, he worked in the Municipal Administration of the Municipality of Laktaši as an independent expert associate for environmental protection and energy efficiency. He is a certified tourist guide for the territory of the Republic of Srpska, the author of three scientific papers in the field of ecology, and he acquired many certificates and recognitions in this field. In the local elections in 2020, he was elected a councilor in the Municipal Assembly of Laktaši, and then the Vice President of the Municipal Assembly of Laktaši.

Scope of business

Within the Cabinet of the Mayor the following activities are performed:

– Cooperation with scientific and professional institutions, coordination of work from interdepartmental and international cooperation

– Preparation and organization of working meetings and formal reception of official delegations for the needs of the Mayor and the Deputy Mayor of the municipality

Gordana Borojević, Head of the General Administration Department

Biography

Gordana Borojević was born in 1980 in Banja Luka. She graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Banja Luka as the Bachelor of Law. She has been employed in the Municipal Administration of the Municipality of Laktaši since March 2005, firstly as a trainee, then as an independent expert associate for normative and legal affairs in the Municipal Assembly. Since the establishment of the Mayor’s Cabinet in 2011 she worked as an independent expert associate for normative affairs and human resources, and worked on drafting normative acts of the Municipality. From June 2017 to October 2019, she worked as an Advisor to the Mayor in the Cabinet of the Mayor. Married and mother of two daughters.

Performing professional, administrative and technical tasks related to the activities of the receiving office, registry office, civil affairs, keeping registry books, delivery of data from the registry books for the purpose of issuing personal documents at the request of the competent authorities, keeping the voter register, personal affairs, administering technical affairs for local community bodies, keeping a register of local communities, archives, dispatch and delivery of mail, verification of signatures, transcripts, manuscripts, and workbooks, issuing certificates from public records, providing legal assistance.

– Within the Department of General Administration, local offices are established:

Performing and executing the law and other regulations, ensuring the implementation of tasks entrusted to the Municipality in the field of veteran-disability protection which includes: protection of the veterans, disabled war veterans, family members of deceased veterans and disabled veterans, and civilian victims of the war. It also includes: arranging and maintaining monuments, memorials and cemeteries of veterans, keeping records of persons who have regulated military service, tasks involving the refugees and displaced persons, returnees and national minorities. Responsible for the situation in these areas within the limits of its rights and duties.

Dragana Kovačević, Head of the Finance Department

Biography

Dragana Kovačević was born in 1976 in Sanski Most. She graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Banja Luka, and in 2017 became the Master of Economics. Since 2001 she has been employed at the Municipal Administration of Laktaši. She worked as a public procurement officer from 2003 to 2014, when she was appointed a Head of the Department for housing and communal affairs. She is an authorized lecturer of the Public Procurement Agency of BiH who held a great number of trainings in the organisation of: Agency of State Administration RS, Public Procurement Agency of BiH, Agency of State Administration of BiH, Agency of State Administration of FBiH, Ministry of Administration and Local Self-Government RS, and others. In 2010, she was appointed an economic expert by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Srpska. She is the author of several professional papers, as well as several brochures in the field of public procurement. Married and mother of two.

– Executing and implementing laws and other regulations and ensuring the execution of tasks entrusted to the Municipality related to the field of financing, adoption and execution of municipal budgets, monitoring the realization of revenues, controlling the regularity and legality of using budget funds, creating a final account with prescribed balance sheets and financial reports

Dajana Milovanović, Head of the Accounting Department

Biography

Dajana Milovanović was born in 1980 in Nova Gradiška. In 2005, she graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of Banja Luka, and gained the bachelor’s degree. Firstly, she worked in the Municipal Administration as a trainee since October 2005, then as an independent budget expert associate in the Finance Department. She currently works as the Head of the Accounting Department which is part of the Finance Department. Married and mother of two.

• Collecting, classifying, recording and summarizing business transactions presented through the balance sheets
• Control of bookkeeping documents and professional, timely, rational and efficient performance of the business

Darko Đurić, Head of the Department of Spatial Planning

Biography

Darko Đurić was born on 6 June 1979 in Bosanka Gradiška. He graduated from the Faculty of Architecture and Civil Engineering, Department of Architecture, University of Banja Luka, and gained the title of graduate engineer of architecture (300 ETCS). From 2008 to 2012, he worked as a planner in the engineering company “JM design” Gradiška. Since 2012 he has been employed at the Spatial Planning Department of the Municipal Administration Laktaši , firstly as an independent expert associate for physical planning and urbanism, and since 2015 he has been the Head of this Department.

He passed the professional exam in the field of urbanism and architecture and acquired all four licenses in the profession:

• License for construction and supervision of building construction
• License for technical documentation preparation, architectural phase and supervision over the execution of these works
• License for preparation of spatial planning documents and
• License for technical documentation revision and supervision

Biography

Darko Adzaip was born in 1978 in Travnik. He is a graduate economist. He gained his working experience working in the economy: “Mobile” Banja Luka, “Tropic Real Estate Ltd.” and “Tempo Gradnja” Banja Luka, whose director was. From 2013 to 2014 he was a member of the Supervisory Board of JKP “Budućnost” Laktaši. Aleksandar Jerkovic, Head of Department for Economy and Agriculture

Biography

Aleksandar Jerkovic was born in 1973 in Banja Luka. He is a graduate economist. In the municipal administration of the municipality of Laktasi, where he has been employed since 2007, he has been engaged in activities in the field of economy, agriculture and social activities, and in the period 2015-2017. He was Head of the Department of Economy and Social Affairs. He participated in the preparation of the most important strategic documents of the Municipality of Laktasi, in the field of rural development, as well as other areas. Since 2017, he has been employed as Head of Department for Economy and Agriculture, which is under the responsibility of the Department for Economy and Social Affairs.

Sanela Ratković, Head of Department of Social Activities

Biography

Sanela Ratkovic was born in 1974 in Banja Luka. He is a graduate lawyer. She has been employed in the Municipal Administration of Laktasi since 2004, where she served as an independent professional associate for youth and non-governmental sector. She was the co-ordinator for the practice “Youth participation in the work of local self-government”, for which the Municipality of Laktasi received the first prize in the competition for the selection of the best practices of local government in BiH. Since 2010, he has been the Head of the Department for Social Activities, which is under the responsibility of the Department for Economy and Social Affairs.

Suzana Smiljanić, Chief of the Inspection Department

Biography

Suzana Smiljanić was born in 1969. She graduated from the Faculty of Technology in Banja Luka, where she obtained the title of a graduated engineer of food technology. She has been employed in the Municipal Administration of Laktasi since 1997, where she served as head of the Department of Agriculture, Head of the Department for Common Affairs, and since 2009 she worked in the Department for Inspection Affairs, as a sanitary inspector and food inspector. In the period 2014-2015. During the year, she served as the Acting Head of the Department for Inspection Affairs. It has a number of certificates in the field of quality management system, as well as in the area of food safety and inspection control. She is also the mother of one child.

Danka Ratković, Head of the Internal Audit Department

Biography

Danka Ratkovic was born in 1964 in Banja Luka. She graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Banja Luka, and in the course of her work, she was perfected and gained the title of an authorized internal auditor. She worked on the affairs of the financial affairs coordinator at the Laktaši Agricultural Cooperative, the chief of accounting and financial affairs in the companies “Grafomark” and “Grafoinval” in Laktaši. Also, she was the head of the branch office in Nova Banja Luka Bank and “Unicredit Bank” Banja Luka, and she also worked in the loan service “Unicredit Bank” Banja Luka. Since 2013, she has been employed by the Municipal Administration of the Municipality of Laktasi, where she has worked as an independent expert for development management and European integration. She participated in the preparation of the most important strategic documents of the municipality, she successfully completed a series of seminars on Project Cycle Management, Local Integrated Development Management and EU projects. Since 2018 he has been the Head of the Department for Local Development and Human Resources. Possesses the Certificate of professional-professional title “certified accountant”. She speaks English and knows the basics of German. She is also the mother of two children.

Dragan Djuric, Head of Department for Property and Legal Affairs and Advocacy Affairs

Biography

Born in Banja Luka in 1980. He finished elementary, high school and law school in Banja Luka. Since 2010 he has been employed in the Municipality of Laktasi, where he has performed legal affairs in the Department of Housing and Communal Affairs, the Professional Service of the Municipal Assembly and the Mayor of Laktasi Municipality, the Department of Property and Legal Affairs, the Cabinet of the Mayor of Laktaši Municipality and the Department of Property and Legal Affairs jobs and advocacy work. Goran Mišić, Head of the Municipal Police Department

Biography

Goran Mišić was born in 1959 in Banja Luka. He graduated from the Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Food Technology, group animal products. In the period 1986-1991. In the year 1992, he worked as a Military Economics Director in the Yugoslav People’s Army, from 1992 to 2002 in the Army of Republika Srpska in various positions. In the period from 2002 to 2015 he worked in the economy in private domestic and international companies in positions, technical director, head of the Business Unit, team leaders for quality control. It possesses the certifications of HACCP consultant and internal auditor for food safety (ISO 22000) and quality management systems (ISO 9001: 2015), and trainers for cleaner production. From 2015 to 2017 he is employed in the Municipality of Laktasi as head of the Department for Inspection Affairs, and is currently serving as Head of the Department for Communal Police.

Jasna Zelenika, Head of Department for Veteran Disability Protection

Biography

Jasna Zelenika was born in 1959 in Banja Luka, where she graduated from the Faculty of Law. During her career she worked for OOUR “Metalac” in Aleksandrovac in the metal industry. Since 1984 she has been employed in the Municipal Administration of the Municipality of Laktasi, where she worked in the activities of the Veterans and Disability Protection Officer, Educational Inspection, Labor Inspection and Occupational Safety, General Administration, and in Cadastre and Property Rights. Today he is the Head of the Department for Veteran Disability Protection. She is also the mother of two children.

Milan Vujakovic was born in 1960 in Banja Luka. He is an economist.
