THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF IMPLEMENTING THE SURVEY ON CITIZENS’ CONTENTMENT WITH THE WORK OF MUNICIPAL ADMINISTRATION AND THE ASSEMBLY

The Municipal Assembly of Laktaši informs the citizens that, in the period from February 24 to March 7, 2022, it will be implementing the Survey on citizens’ contentment with the work of the Municipal Administration and the Assembly.
Based on the results of the research, appropriate corrective measures will be defined in response to citizens’ requests.
The survey will be carried out using the method of random sampling of citizens over 18 years.
The participation of citizens is voluntary, anonymous, and of great importance for improving the work of the Municipal Administration and the Assembly.
After completing the comparative analysis, the survey results report, conclusions and recommendations for action will be considered at one of the sessions of the Municipal Assembly of Laktaši, and published on the official website of the Municipality.
